Stepping Out - Walkers Group: Helen 9846 2165

This group meets once a month for a social morning walk, usually followed by a cuppa.

Social Butterflies : Elaine 9846 3800

A social group for women of all ages and interests who enjoy a movie or other entertainment together. Meets once a term.

Yoga : Betty

The practice of yoga helps you to cope with the everyday problems of life, by keeping the muscles toned and the mind relaxed. It is a complete system of development, physical, mental and spiritual. It is not a religion, and does not cut across anyone's personal beliefs, but brings an enjoyment of life, and increases awareness and strength in the face of difficulties.

Yogic breathing relaxes body and mind, and helps to stimulate the circulation by stretching and relaxing the muscles.

There is a class for people who have previous experience of yoga, and one for people who need more personal attention. Both classes are held on tuesday mornings and finish with relaxation. Come along and learn body and mind management through yoga.

Both women and men attend these classes.
